ROADMAP

Roadmap

Every piece of work between here and a finished platform, what each one waits on, and how long each one takes.

How to read it

Each phase is drawn as its own chart. An arrow runs from a piece of work to whatever cannot start until it is right, so the shape of each phase is what the work actually depends on rather than an order we chose.

Every box carries how long that piece of work takes, and every phase how long it runs. A phase is shorter than its boxes added together because work that can run alongside other work does. These are planning figures rather than commitments.
